Car Seat Canopy Homemade Baby Gift Idea

I got this car seat canopy for my baby from a friend who made it. It attaches to the car seat handle so it doesn't fall down on my baby's face. I like that it provides shade from the sun and shelter from the wind or light rain etc.

I looked at it and it seems like it would be really easy to make and I really liked getting it as a baby gift. It's also reversible with a different pattern on the other side, so flipping the whole thing over gives a completely different look. It's really like having 2 car seat covers in one.
